Most Needed Donation Items

360 Communities is currently in need of shelf-stable food, personal care, and household items. Please bring items that are unopened, non-expired, and do not require refrigeration or freezing to remain safe.

Shelf-Stable Proteins

  • Canned meat and fish, including sardines, chicken, tuna, or salmon
  • Canned or dried beans
  • Nut butters, including almond, sunflower, or peanut butter
  • Other shelf-stable, plant-based proteins

Fruits and Vegetables

  • Canned fruits of all kinds
  • Shelf-stable fruit juices
  • Dried fruits and vegetables
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables that do not require refrigeration
  • Culturally specific vegetables and fruits, such as canned peppers, mushrooms, coconut milk, jackfruit, cactus, and sweet potato

Cooking and Baking

  • Oils, including vegetable, olive, palm, and sesame
  • Wheat flour
  • Non-wheat flour, including masa, corn flour, fufu flour, gluten-free flour, and rice flour
  • Shelf-stable non-dairy milk, including almond, soy, coconut, or oat milk
  • Sugar

Personal Care and Household Items

  • Diapers, especially sizes 4, 5, and 6
  • Baby wipes
  • Menstrual products, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, and body wash
  • Hygiene items for sensitive skin and textured hair
  • Toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, surface cleaning products, and paper towels

Donation Reminder

Please avoid opened, expired, homemade, refrigerated, frozen, or perishable items. Store-bought preserved foods are okay, but 360 Communities cannot accept foods preserved at home. Paper bag donations are also accepted.

When does the food drive run?

Where can I drop off donations?

You can donate at any Apple Ford location: Apple Ford Apple Valley, Apple Ford Shakopee, or Apple Ford White Bear Lake.

What items are most needed?

Most-needed items include shelf-stable proteins, canned fruits, shelf-stable fruit juices, cooking and baking items, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene items, paper products, and household cleaning products.

Can I donate refrigerated or frozen items?

No. Please avoid refrigerated, frozen, homemade, opened, expired, or perishable food items.

Can I donate personal care or household items?

Yes. Items like diapers, baby wipes, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, body wash, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and paper towels are helpful.
