You Should Work Here: See Why Star Tribune Named Apple Autos a Top Work Place of 2019

October 1st, 2019 by

We don’t want to sound cocky, but Star Tribune knows what’s up. Last June, we found out that we were named a Top Work Place of 2019 and we’re still beaming.

The results were based on employee satisfaction surveys, benefits packages, retention rates, and more.

Guys, this isn’t a participation award—it’s no “apply and you win” type deal. This recognition is awarded in one of the most competitive markets in the country for this program, competing against many other employers who were seeking Top Workplaces status but did not meet specific scores. Plus, it was an all-time record year for the most Minnesota employers completing the survey, making the honor that much sweeter!

Here’s some comments from our peeps:

“What I love about Apple Autos is being able to work with a winning team composed of people who truly care about our customers.” – Eric Ackerman, Service Advisor

“Management looks to promote from within so that you don’t have to stay in one role too long. The people genuinely desire for you to grow in your personal and professional life. I’ve met some of my lifelong friends working here.” – Andrea Holtan, Sales Consultant

“When I thought about utilizing my writing and communications degree, the last place that came across my mind was a car dealership. But I’ve gained more experience than I could have ever dreamed of. It is such a versatile company that wants every one of its employees to grow and develop!” – Kimi Compton, Marketing and Communications Specialist

And it’s all true. Working at Apple Autos extends far past selling cars. We are driven to strengthen our community by creating a people-first culture in every department–whether that means participating in 5k runs for local charities, presenting college scholarships to local students, or ensuring your vehicle is road-safe at all times. We have nothing of higher value than our employees and can’t wait to add more talent to our team.

If you’re interested in working for a company who is dedicated to pulling your highest potential out of you, a company whose motto revolves around being different from the stereotype; a company who just so happen to sell cars, apply today!
