There’s an auto dealer stereotype. You’ve experienced it, or know someone who has. No one likes it. And yet, that stereotype continues to persist—and lots of people get screwed as a result.

Recently, we surveyed folks across social media about their auto buying, leasing and servicing experiences. And the frustrations poured in. People told us about all the ways in which they were mistreated, and misunderstood. The auto dealer stereotype seems alive and well in 2023.

But not here. Not at Apple Autos.

If we’ve achieved one thing over the past 30 years, it’s to be a welcome contrast to the auto dealer stereotype.

Which is why we’re launching a new idea today:

It’s simple: You won’t experience the auto dealer stereotype at Apple Autos.

We’re not going to ask you to prove anything. Or treat you like you’re not worthy. Or question your ability.

We fight the auto dealer stereotype every single day. And win.

That’s what Don’t Get Screwed means.

It’s our stand against bad traditions, and dumb behavior. And it’s a potent reminder to ourselves that we have a high standard to uphold.
